Senior Commercial Strategy and Transformation Manager

About the role

The Senior Commercial Strategy and Transformation Manager will lead remediation initiatives and transformation projects for ANZ in the Pacific region. You will coordinate activities across multiple business units, ensuring projects align with ANZ’s strategic priorities and are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remediation and transformation projects focused on productivity and simplification of processes.
• Initiate and coordinate budget applications, including scoping, costing and managing initiatives within approved budgets.
• Engage with Pacific Business Units, Country Heads, Heads of Lending, Chief Risk Officer, Data Insights, Change Innovation, Commercial Initiatives, Commercial Assurance, Governance and Controls, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify, analyse and respond to project risks, demands and issues, ensuring accurate processes and procedures are maintained.
• Create processes and guidance that maintain a strong line of defence, ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance.
