Cluster Marketing Manager

About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven Cluster Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across three iconic Pacific hotels. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape brand positioning, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement for the Grand Pacific Hotel, Holiday Inn Suva, and InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and IHG brand standards.
• Lead digital initiatives including website content, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
• Manage creation of photography, videography, and other creative assets that showcase each property.
• Execute campaigns that generate room revenue, food & beverage sales, weddings, events, and resort experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Public Relations, and Operations teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, tourism partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the cluster marketing budget and agency relationships.
• Ensure all activities comply with IHG brand guidelines while highlighting each hotel’s unique identity.

Required profile

• Creative storyteller with strong commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Tertiary qualification, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
