Customer Experience Coordinator – Domestic (Fiji)

About the role

Neptune Pacific is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator – Domestic to manage the end‑to‑end process for its landside business in Fiji. The role will support customers from quote through booking, customs clearance, transport and billing, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual support to customers across all product lines.
• Create and maintain accurate records in CargoWise to ensure information flows correctly.
• Communicate and follow up with Sales and other internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and propose improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports outlining costs, risks and benefits of proposed changes.
• Champion the Way of Work and challenge the status‑quo with alternative solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Customs or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar shipping role, with familiarity of shipping ERP systems.

Required skills

• CargoWise (shipping ERP).
• Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate MS Office user).
