Food & Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead and optimise both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities across its dining outlets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the Group’s mission, vision and values.
• Manage the F&B team, including rostering, training, onboarding and performance development.
• Control departmental budgets, monitor costs, manage inventory levels, and maintain par stock.
• Negotiate with vendors, manage pricing agreements and resolve disputes in partnership with Accounting.
• Lead menu development, pricing, and regular reporting on revenue, costs and guest satisfaction scores.
• Promote outlets through local advertising and public‑relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, hotel policies and food‑safety requirements, preparing for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.
• Passion for elevating the dining experience and anticipating guest needs.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, foster growth and maintain high performance standards.
