German-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative – Fiji

About the role

Join a prestigious airline brand as a German‑speaking Customer Service Sales Representative based in Fiji. You will handle inbound communications, support passengers and travel agents, and work with airline reservation systems in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and social media inquiries from passengers and travel agents in German and English.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes and general travel queries using airline reservation systems.
• Provide accurate information and support while adhering to airline policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work full‑time (42.5‑48 hours per week) in an on‑site environment.
