Westpac Fiji’s Graduate Program 2026 is an 18‑month structured development journey designed for recent graduates eager to launch a career in banking and financial services. The program offers hands‑on experience across multiple business areas, professional development and networking with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Gain real‑world experience through rotations in various banking and financial services functions.

Required profile

• Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification within the last two years, or be in the final year of study.
• Degree in Finance, IT, Risk Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Fiji.
