Head of Content & Social Media

About the role

Ferguson Education & Migration is seeking a creative leader to drive its social media presence across multiple platforms. Based in Fiji, you will shape the visual storytelling for the company’s operations in Fiji, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality reels and short‑form videos on a weekly basis.
• Maintain a content calendar with daily posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Coordinate with teams across four countries to capture student success stories, seminars, visa grants and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Grow audience and engagement organically through value‑adding campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and report monthly on reach, growth and enquiries.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of reels and short‑form videos with measurable results.
• Advanced video editing expertise (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
• Proven track record of growing social accounts organically.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross‑regional teams.
• Excellent written English and storytelling skills.
• Experience in education, migration, tourism or lifestyle brands is a plus.
