Income Auditor

About the role

The Income Auditor will join Radisson Hotel Group’s Finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily revenue audits across all hotel departments. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding financial assets and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily audits and reconciliations of room, food & beverage, and other revenue streams.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as voids, discounts, dummy folios, and missing checks.
• Verify authorization and reporting of complimentary and management transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and tax requirements.
• Reconcile Opera, POS, credit‑card batches, guest ledger, and control reports, reporting variances to senior finance leadership.
• Conduct surprise cash float counts and outlet audits to maintain strong internal controls.
• Maintain organized audit documentation for management review and external audit purposes.
• Support continuous improvement of revenue control processes and compliance with statutory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
