Kids Club Assistant

About the role

Join the youth program team at our resort to provide fun, educational, and caring services to children of members and guests in a warm environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize arts and crafts, lead games, read stories and sing songs.
• Promote youth programs, assist parents with registration and answer inquiries.
• Maintain clean and well‑kept facilities and equipment.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Fiji citizenship (application open for Fiji citizens only).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
