Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and ensure personalized service.
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering and control costs to optimise profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance and support revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.
