Pool Services & Maintenance Manager

About the role

Core Contracts Consultancy Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Pool Services & Maintenance Manager to lead pool operations across its hospitality portfolio in Nadi, Fiji. The role combines technical oversight, preventive maintenance planning, and client service to ensure safe, high‑quality pool experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pool operations, including water quality, filtration, pumps, heaters and safety equipment.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all pool‑related assets.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to service equipment and address repairs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise maintenance staff, delegate tasks and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and reports using digital maintenance tools.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, pumps, heaters and safety equipment.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing preventative maintenance programmes.
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and external contractors.
• Competence in record‑keeping, reporting and use of digital maintenance software.
• Relevant technical training or certification in pool maintenance, plumbing or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nadi and perform occasional physical tasks.
