Porter – Guest Experience Expert (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Porter to join our Guest Experience team at a Marriott hotel in Nadi, Fiji. In this part‑time role you will help create memorable stays by providing courteous, efficient service to guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage and transport of personal items.
• Deliver items such as amenities, mail, and packages to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, hallways, and service zones.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
• Complete daily reports and record any incidents as required.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
