Administrative & HR Analyst (NOA) – Suva, Fiji

About the role

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking an Administrative & HR Analyst (NOA) for its Pacific Sub‑Regional Office in Suva, Fiji. The role provides comprehensive support for office administration, travel coordination, asset management and human‑resources processes across the 14 Pacific Island Countries.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on corporate strategies, personnel rules, contractual modalities and change‑management processes.
• Ensure compliance of HR recording and reporting systems with UNFPA regulations, coordinating with country offices, headquarters and the regional office.
• Oversee travel logistics, office administration and asset management to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support performance‑management cycles, career‑development initiatives and talent‑management operations.
• Provide guidance on implementation of HR policies, entitlements and contractual arrangements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in administrative and human‑resources functions within an international or multilateral environment.
• Strong knowledge of UN or similar HR policies, rules and reporting requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers, regional teams and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
