Bar GSA – Part Time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Bar GSA to join our team at Marriott International in Nadi, Fiji. This part‑time position involves opening and closing the bar, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Remove soiled wares, clean bar surfaces, and ensure all tools are in good condition.
• Follow company safety, security, and hygiene policies; report any incidents.
• Greet guests, anticipate their service needs, and provide courteous assistance, including support for guests with disabilities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.

Required profile

• Fiji citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience in a bar, restaurant or food‑and‑beverage service role.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
