Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Experience Coordinator – Domestic will support end‑to‑end processes for customers in Fiji, handling quotes, bookings, customs clearance, transport and billing. The role reports to the Customer Experience Domestic Team Lead and requires strong customer focus and multitasking abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual support to customers across all product lines.
• Create and maintain accurate records in CargoWise to ensure smooth information flow.
• Communicate and follow up with Sales and other internal teams as needed.
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports on potential costs, risks and benefits of identified opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Customs or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar shipping role.
• Proven ability to maintain customer relationships and deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Experience with shipping ERP systems, preferably CargoWise.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical and quantitative abilities, strong attention to detail.
