Helpdesk Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Analyst to join our Business Support Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Senior Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide front‑line software and hardware support to internal and external clients while contributing to special projects and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer support calls and log jobs in the designated platform.
• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding support jobs and report progress to the Business Support Lead.
• Assist with project work as required.
• Set up, change, and terminate system access.
• Perform other IT support and administrative duties as identified by management.

Required profile

• Knowledge of group administration processes and procedures.
• Experience in a service desk or helpdesk role.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility around working hours.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.
