Human Resources Systems & Data Analyst

About the role

The Pacific Community (SPC) is seeking a Human Resources Systems and Data Analyst/Officer to support its Operations & Integration collective. This role will help optimise HR information systems and provide data‑driven insights to enhance workforce management across our regional and satellite offices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR information systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) to meet organisational needs.
• Extract, clean, and analyse HR data to produce regular reports on staffing, turnover, and workforce trends.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design system enhancements and ensure data integrity.
• Support end‑users with system training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of HR data governance policies and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience working with HR information systems and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Data manipulation and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI or similar.
