Marketing and Communications Executive

About the role

Join Shangri‑La Yanuca Island, Fiji’s iconic private‑island resort, as a Marketing and Communications Executive. You will coordinate marketing communications across all resort business units, supporting campaigns, social media, digital content, photography, videography, and promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage the resort’s social media channels, create digital content, and oversee photography and videography projects.
• Produce promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva, InDesign or Publisher.
• Hands‑on experience in social media management, photography and videography.
• Ability to write marketing‑focused content.
