Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Suva. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing brand campaigns, managing collateral, driving CSR initiatives, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out strategic marketing campaigns and brand rollouts.
• Support production of print collateral such as leaflets, flyers, and posters.
• Coordinate outdoor advertising and monthly reseller branding activities.
• Organise on‑ground logistics for roadshows, store openings, and community activations.
• Manage visual merchandising and thematic commercial campaigns.
• Oversee marketing purchases, obtain vendor quotations, process purchase orders, and reconcile expenses.
• Handle shipment clearances, vendor onboarding, and ensure timely, cost‑effective payments.
• Manage CSR and sponsorship activities, ensuring strong brand presence at events and processing in‑kind support requests.
• Coordinate PR and social‑media content to highlight community impact.
• Contribute to team engagement initiatives and comply with HSSE guidelines.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, brand management, retail merchandising, or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to manage procurement and administrative processes, including vendor quotations and purchase orders.
