Marketing Executive

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join its Fiji Marketing Team at the Nabua office. You will drive innovative, high‑impact campaigns that boost brand awareness, consideration and conversion for Digicel Fiji in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line channels.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaign launches and support the broader marketing communications plan.
• Create promotional artwork, social media content, press releases, TV and radio commercials.
• Manage production of physical marketing materials, point‑of‑sale collateral, exhibition setups and branded merchandise.
• Plan and execute ground activations, corporate events, sponsorships and promotional build‑ups.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and media partners to deliver campaign deliverables.
• Oversee media contracts, procurement, purchase orders, petty cash and shipment clearance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain Digicel Fiji’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
