Operations and Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Operations and Sales Coordinator to support our logistics and customer service functions. The role combines coordination of shipments with sales support, ensuring smooth communication between customers, shipping lines and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, bookings and prepare shipping documents.
• Track containers and provide customers with timely updates.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines and agents to resolve issues.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding matters.
• Assist the sales team with customer follow‑ups and new business development.
• Perform general operational and administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in freight, shipping, logistics, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
