PEOPLE LEAD x 3RCL Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our Insource Business Unit as a People Lead on a 6‑month secondment, reporting to the Contact Centre Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create an innovative, achievement oriented culture
• Manage and ensure outstanding collections outcomes
• Recruiting, inducting, developing and motivating employees
• Audit and identify training and development needs and resource allocation
• Facilitate feedback and internal and external reporting
• Managing employee relations and performance

Required profile

• Have a proven experience in a leadership role
• Able to create a shared vision and overarching goals for the team and develop a plan to connect individuals
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and prioritise effectively
