Pest Control Technician

About the role

Genera Pacific is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to deliver high‑standard pest control and hygiene services across its Pacific operations. You will work closely with the coordination team, clients and field colleagues to ensure safe, compliant and effective treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pest control and hygiene services in line with WG Genera Pacific SOPs.
• Communicate schedule changes and workload updates to the Coordinator.
• Maintain monitored safety and buffer zones, following EPA ventilation and monitoring procedures.
• Conduct pre‑risk assessments, identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, report breakdowns, faults or minor accidents promptly.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and stay up‑to‑date on procedures and compliance.
• Be available for enquiries outside regular hours and attend site inspections.
• Identify improvement opportunities and additional sales prospects with existing clients.
• Complete accurate paperwork, file service reports and perform end‑of‑month chemical stock checks.
