About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives in the South Pacific, specifically Papua New Guinea and Fiji. The role is based overseas on a long‑term assignment and works closely with the General Manager, offering hands‑on exposure to international project operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
- Lead team meetings to coordinate efforts and address challenges.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software tools.

What we offer
- Basic salary between RM15,000 and RM22,000 per month.
- Accommodation, transportation and meals fully provided.
- Four months passage home per annum.
