Property Officer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Property Officer to keep our facilities safe, efficient and operating at their best. You will support a portfolio that includes branch offices, corporate headquarters and residential properties, ensuring high service standards and rapid response during crises.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the quality‑assurance process for all facilities services and ensure due‑diligence compliance.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, monitor service performance and produce regular reports.
• Provide on‑the‑ground response during emergencies and feed input to senior property and security managers.
• Oversee asset management for corporate, retail and residential spaces, including lifts, generators, fire systems, HVAC and building‑management systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Facilities Management, Technical Building Services or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site portfolios and a wide range of building assets.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Team‑player mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
