Recruitment Consultant

About the role

RCL Services is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its People team. You will be responsible for connecting talented candidates with a variety of opportunities while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Source, attract and engage high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen applications, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle recruitment assessments, pre‑employment checks, reference checks and prepare offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and reporting trackers.
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legislation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration or coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
