Sales Executive - Central

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Consumer Team in Suva. You will be responsible for promoting Digicel’s mobile products and services, engaging customers, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Digicel products according to set criteria and guidelines.
• Display products to maximise customer interest and sales.
• Track and report faulty SIMs and handsets to the Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in stock counts, promotions, road shows and other scheduled events.
• Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales role within a mid‑to‑large organisation.
• Good knowledge of the latest mobile gadgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience using CRM systems.
