Senior Marketing Manager – Pacific

About the role

As Senior Marketing Manager – Pacific you will lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that support ANZ’s growth across the Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Advertising for New Zealand, you will manage a team based in Fiji and work closely with the Pacific leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, prioritise and manage change and simplification communications across eight Pacific nations.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign leadership, from strategy and creative development to paid and owned channel delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align on priorities, investment and market approaches.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing marketing team through values‑led leadership.
• Embed best‑practice discipline within the Marketing Centre of Excellence.
• Manage campaign and sponsorship budgets to ensure smart investment and strong returns.
• Accountable for marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in a financial services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership skills with experience building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to work across multiple Pacific markets and understand regional customer needs.
