Talent Acquisition & Admin Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & Admin Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and support general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, people‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and employment contracts.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation and recruitment trackers.
• Provide general HR and administrative support, including compliance and workplace matters.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong knowledge of general HR practices and ERA compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, proactive and able to work independently.
