Temporary Sales Executive – Nadi & Lautoka

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Temporary Sales Executive to join its Consumer Team in Nadi and Lautoka. You will be responsible for promoting Digicel’s mobile products and services in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Digicel products according to company criteria and guidelines.
• Display products to maximise customer interest and achieve sales targets.
• Track and report received SIMs and handsets, identifying any faults.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in stock counts and verify inventory of money, SIMs and handsets.
• Submit customer feedback and issues for escalation.
• Contribute market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
• Achieve or exceed set KPIs and targets.
• Attend scheduled promotions, road shows and mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales role within a mid‑to‑large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of current mobile gadgets.
• Creative mindset with experience targeting audiences and designing engaging campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
