Transport Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Operations Coordinator will support Tour Managers (Fiji) in planning and executing daily transportation services for guests and staff. Based at the Votualevu head office, you will ensure smooth fleet operations, timely bookings, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation schedules and adjust them as needed.
• Monitor fleet and driver movements, tracking fuel consumption.
• Handle last‑minute or late customer bookings while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and driver performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align transport services with overall tour operations.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Management, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics or fleet management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid, clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
