Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Digital Marketing Coordinator at CJ Patel (Pacific) Pte Limited, based in Lami, Fiji. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will lead the coordination and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms to strengthen the brand’s presence in both Fiji and export markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and paid advertising.
• Manage, expand, and actively engage the company’s social media presence across targeted channels.
• Coordinate and maintain the company’s and assigned brands’ presence on social media platforms, the website, and other approved channels.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse web analytics and ensure trend governance.
• Create brand‑aligned content in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate with external creative, media and digital agencies to ensure campaign alignment, brand guideline adherence and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable digital role.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional communication and project‑management capabilities, with specialised expertise in social media marketing and web analytics.
• Proven experience designing using software such as Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop, combined with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset, able to build strong working relationships in a team‑oriented environment and understand FMCG brands, consumers, retail channels and market trends.
