Marketing Manager - Pacific

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Marketing Manager for its Pacific region to lead customer‑focused marketing initiatives that bring the bank’s strategy to life. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will plan, develop and execute integrated campaigns that strengthen the brand and improve customers' financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including digital and website content.
• Develop customer‑led propositions by identifying insights and emerging needs.
• Create compelling communications that resonate with target audiences.
• Optimise channel mix and media strategy to maximise campaign performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, insights and test‑and‑learn approaches.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across marketing and the broader business.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard and within risk and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing or customer communications covering a broad range of activities.
• Solid understanding of brand building, creative development and media planning.
• Digital marketing capability across key channels.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective propositions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Data‑led approach using measurement and test‑and‑learn methodologies.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
