Onboarding Associate

About the role

The Onboarding Associate will join Apex Group’s Transfer Agency team in Nadi, Fiji. You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new investors while ensuring strict compliance with Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AML checks on all new investors using established procedures, guidelines and checklists.
• Accurately enter investor information from application forms into the Registry system.
• Maintain records and documentation related to AML and investor onboarding.
• Collaborate with the transfer agency team to meet onboarding SLAs.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to data entry and compliance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on AML regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, data entry or banking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of AML regulations with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
