Casual Warehouse & Logistics Assistant (Supply Chain)

About the role

We are looking for a casual Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support our Supply Chain operations in Fiji. You will work as part of a collaborative team, handling receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and security.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with physical receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Follow BAT security requirements for all warehouse activities.
• Label, sticker, wrap and prepare stock for shipment.
• Load and unload vehicles and containers safely.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged stock or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Support the Supply Chain team during peak periods and special projects.
• Comply with BAT Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies at all times.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (Year 12 or equivalent).
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
