Cyber Security Executive

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Executive to join its IT Operations team at the Digicel Khalsa Office. Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will help strengthen the organisation's cyber security posture across monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, OneLogin, Zscaler, Intune, Lookout MDM, Patch Management and Entra.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, perform triage, containment and remediation in coordination with the Group SOC.
• Support vulnerability scanning, patch compliance and penetration‑testing remediation.
• Maintain security configurations for Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID and enforce MFA, privileged access and user access reviews.
• Conduct periodic security reviews, audits and produce reports for the Regional Head of IT.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in cyber security, security operations or related roles.
• Practical experience with enterprise security tools and a solid understanding of endpoint security, identity & access management, vulnerability management and incident response.
