Data Services Agent

About the role

You will join the NZ and India‑based Data Services team, reporting to a Fiji‑based manager and supporting large charities and B2C customers. The role involves creating communication templates, managing large data sets and delivering accurate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure communication templates using PReS Connect and PlanetPress.
• Set up email templates via the company’s Email Marketing Software.
• Review, manage and cleanse client data files to ensure accuracy.
• Process, manipulate and prepare data for recurring client workflows across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain Google Sheets workflows, including Apps Script automations.
• Produce clear data reports to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate job records for quality assurance.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Computer Science or a related IT/digital field.
• 2+ years of practical experience in digital marketing, IT or a creative agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Methodical, detail‑obsessed approach with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Programming: JavaScript, PHP, Python, HTML.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
• Microsoft Word.
• Google Apps Script for spreadsheet automation.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, HubSpot) – a plus.
