Food and Beverage Team Leader

About the role

The Food and Beverage Team Leader will coordinate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Denarau Island location. You will oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, and support staff in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the food and beverage team, fostering collaboration and high‑quality service.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain clean‑as‑you‑go standards throughout work areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Create and submit work orders for maintenance and handle urgent repairs.
• Report employee, guest, or vendor incidents to management and loss prevention.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar food and beverage supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.
