Food & Beverage Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Executive serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries by phone and email, and ensuring a seamless hospitality experience. This full‑time position is based at Marriott International’s location on Savusavu Road in Nadi, Fiji.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions and requests via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Proofread and edit written communications to ensure accuracy.
• Operate standard office equipment, including fax and copier machines.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb.
• Support team goals and foster positive relationships with colleagues.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship (position open to Fiji citizens only).
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
