Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate to join our team at Marriott International in Nadi, Fiji. The role focuses on closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete closing duties: store reusable items, break down goods, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock supplies, turn off lights and doors, and follow the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock and maintain work areas, and inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware and silverware before use.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures and adhere to safety and security policies.
• Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Support team goals, build positive working relationships, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
