About the role

Join the Sheraton team on Denarau Island as a Front Office Guest Service Assistant – Airport Representative. You will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while representing the hotel’s commitment to community‑focused hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and airport services.
• Supervise front‑office staff, support daily operational tasks, and lead team‑building activities.
• Handle cash, credit‑card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Relevant supervisory experience in a hotel front‑office environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and guest‑service abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Fiji.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems/PMS, specifically Opera.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software.
