Kids Club Guest Service Assistant

About the role

The Kids Club Guest Service Assistant supports Marriott’s youth program by providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for children of members and guests. Working in a warm, welcoming setting, you will engage directly with kids and parents, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and lead arts and crafts, games, story‑time, and sing‑along activities.
• Promote youth programs, assist parents with registration, and answer inquiries.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑maintained facilities and equipment.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships with team members and guests.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience working with children or in a guest‑service environment.
• Open to Fiji citizens only.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, maintain professionalism, and uphold confidentiality.
