Marketing Executive

About the role

Oceanic Communications is seeking a confident, organised Marketing Executive to join its client‑servicing and project‑coordination team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative, production, social media and development teams, guiding projects from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and understanding their requirements
• Preparing clear and complete briefs for internal teams
• Coordinating projects across design, video, digital, web and social media
• Creating tasks, setting deadlines and following up on progress
• Preparing costings, quotations, proposals and project documentation
• Managing client feedback and communicating revisions clearly
• Maintaining accurate project records in CRM and task‑management systems

Required profile

• A confident and professional communicator
• Organised with ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and ability to prepare clear briefs
• Proactive, takes ownership without constant reminders
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
