People Lead – Sales Enablement

About the role

Join RCL Services as a People Lead – Sales Enablement, responsible for leading a team of Sales Enablement Specialists, driving customer retention and operational excellence across high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Enablement Specialists, set performance expectations and conduct regular feedback.
• Design and oversee retention strategies for high‑value and at‑risk customers, monitor engagement trends and manage churn risks.
• Deliver high‑quality sales support services, manage enquiries, account administration and remove operational barriers.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards and compliance with SLAs, analyse data for improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and act as escalation point for complex matters.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in customer success, sales support, account management or similar commercial functions.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Experience managing customer retention programs and analysing operational performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications.
