Stores Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Stores Guest Service Agent ensures that all merchandise and supplies are received, inspected, stored, and distributed in line with Marriott International standards and food‑safety regulations. Working on Tokoriki Island, the role supports smooth hotel operations by maintaining accurate inventory and clean storage environments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and allocate goods to the appropriate departments.
• Store stock correctly, rotate items, and handle perishables according to safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
• Reject damaged, incorrect or sub‑standard deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, cold rooms and equipment.
• Complete all required documentation and requisition forms accurately.
• Perform manual handling duties and assist with other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar store or inventory role.
• Enthusiastic about career progression in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to work on a rostered stay‑on‑island schedule.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.
