Cost Controller – Hotel Finance

About the role

The Cost Controller will support Food & Beverage cost management and overall hotel profitability at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji. You will work closely with department heads to analyse costs, ensure accurate reporting and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse food and beverage costs, provide timely reports and support business decisions.
• Oversee stock control across stores, kitchens and bars, including regular counts and par‑level management.
• Contribute to menu costing, market price surveys, wastage monitoring and discount impact analysis.
• Monitor other cost areas such as freight, duties and inventories across engineering, guest supplies and stationery.
• Review purchasing and cost control performance, recommending actions to improve financial results.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a similar costing or finance role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with kitchen, bar, vendor and finance teams.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
