About the role
Join the dynamic Finance Team at Radisson Hotel Group as a Finance Assistant, supporting the Financial Controller with reporting and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth financial operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide reporting and administrative support to the Financial Controller.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with operational teams to maintain accurate financial records and support guest‑related financial processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in audit or cost accounting.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Opera PMS and POS systems.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
