Creative Content Project Lead

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a Creative Content Project Lead to join the Marketing team in Nabua. The role will shape the brand’s visual and communication identity across all consumer touchpoints and drive impactful creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the creative vision aligned with Digicel Pacific’s strategy and positioning.
• Design and deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, retail and experiential channels.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts for products such as 5G, data, devices, value packs, DTV, MyCash and enterprise solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across retail stores, digital platforms, mass media and internal communications.
• Collaborate with senior marketing leadership, market managers and external agencies, presenting concepts and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Certificate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Design or a related field.
• 4‑8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an in‑house design team or advertising agency.
• Experience in telecom, FMCG or other consumer‑facing industries with high‑volume creative deliveries.
