Customer Experience Coordinator – Fixed-Term (6 months)

About the role

Neptune Pacific is seeking an energetic Customer Experience Coordinator on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to manage the end‑to‑end process for landside logistics in Fiji. The role reports to the Customer Experience Domestic Team Lead and works closely with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and support customer transactions in CargoWise, ensuring accurate data flow across quoting, booking, customs clearance, transport and billing.
• Communicate and follow up with sales and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports on potential costs, risks and benefits of identified opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Customs, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with shipping ERP systems; CargoWise knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑oriented.
