Design Manager – Building Services

About the role

The Design Manager – Building Services will lead and coordinate building services design activities for projects across the Pacific, ensuring high‑quality, technically sound and commercially practical engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver building services engineering designs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with relevant engineering standards, building codes and design practices.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical or another Building Services Engineering discipline.
• Substantial professional experience in building services engineering and design management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, building codes and design software; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
